Portland junior Anna Pataki won the women's 6-kilometer individual title Wednesday in 19:56 at the West Coast Conference Cross Country Championships at Craig Ranch Regional Park in North Las Vegas. Pataki, who improved from 11th place at the 2019 conference final, became the Pilots' first women's individual champion since Lauren LaRocco in 2016. Pataki led five Portland scorers in the top 20 to help the Pilots place second overall behind Brigham Young for a third year in a row, this time by a 28-49 margin.
